work is complete-join us for services. Small finishing and iconography will take years to complete so come often and see what's new.
At the time of this writing (April, 2016), the rebuilding of the church is taking place. It is being directed by Santoro Construction and Zimmerman Workshop. Rebuilding began in May of 2015 and is scheduled to be completed this coming June. Those asking if the building will be the same are told – yes! but with a few subtle changes. The external profile will be almost exactly the same, the most obvious difference being a copper cladding on the cupolas in place of the cedar shakes. The positive response that what was will be once again, is invariably greeted with joy. Construction is scheduled to be completed in June, allowing for landscaping and final details through the summer. Consecration of the rebuilt temple will take place oln October 1 with His Beatitude, Patriarch Sviatoslav presiding. For details on the Consecration click here.
