1ST ANNIVERSARY OF THE REPOSE OF
+FR. ROMAN

ПЕРША РІЧНИЦЯ УПОКОЄННЯ +О. РОМАНA

On Wednesday, July 31st, at 6:00 PM, the eve of the anniversary of +Fr. Roman’s repose, a Parastas will be served at his grave.

Following the Parastas, with Bishop Bryan in attendance, "The Order of Leading Forth of a New Pastor" will take place. On this evening, the parish joyfully welcomes Fr. Tom Hrywna and his family as they begin their life at St. Elias. Vespers will follow immediately, and, afterwards, in the spirit of Fr. Roman, we will continue with food, drinks and fellowship.

We warmly invite all parishioners family and friends to join us for this memorial and significant evening in the life of our parish.

Evening Schedule July 31st
5:00 PM light refreshments in courtyard
6:00 PM Parastas at the grave of Fr. Roman
6:45 PM "The Order of Leading Forth of a New Pastor" in the courtyard
7:00 PM Vespers for the Feast of the Procession of the Life-giving Cross
8:00 PM - Food and fellowship

У середу, 31 липня, о 18:00, навечіря річниці упокоєння +о. Романа, буде відслужено Парастас на його могилі.

Після Парастасу, за участі владики Браяна, відбудеться "чин воведенія новопоставленаго пароха". У цей вечір парафія з радістю вітає о. Тома Гривну та його родину, коли він розпочинає своє пастирство у церкві св. Ілії. Відразу після цього буде відслужено Вечірню, а потім, як би бажав о.Роман, відбудеться спілкування.

Ми сердечно запрошуємо вас приєднатися до нас на особливу поминальну службу та важливий вечір у житті нашої парафії.
